About us

Where products, market, strategy meet

Business development is about the sweet spot where market, product/service, and strategy meet.

If they are developed separately, your business will try to sell products that won’t be developed and for which the company will not have planned the resources.

Our core skills

Our expertise will help you to come up with effective plans in line with the company strategy within your economic situation. LP5 Strategic thinking helps business managers review policy issues, perform long term planning, set goals and determine priorities, and identify potential risks and opportunities.

Product management is not a transient or ad-hoc thing. It is crucial to modern industrial companies, and one of the major transformation vectors. We can set up product management structures and train the incumbents, as well as take the responsibility for brands, products and services through applying our expertise that has had success in many different industry segments and markets.

With our expertise, your product/service will be designed for the market, not the other way around. This includes proper segmentation, targeting, and positioning of the product or service to provide the marketing strategy, which is backed up with marketing campaign design and execution to capture market and profit share.

We add specific expertise in crafting and rolling out external and internal communication campaigns, from press conferences to town hall meetings, to share an idea, to make a product or service known to the right people at the right time and in the right place.

Aligning markets, products/services and company strategy and resources involves an internal effort to bring all actors in these areas together. All the customer touchpoints must be covered. Often, a cultural and procedural shift is needed in order to achieve success, which we can design and curate. Our experience of managing across boundaries is a guarantee of your success.

Training is not about convincing people, but about changing heir behavior. Our certified trainers can design and run training courses for any area of our expertise, including management, product management, sales, and marketing skills.

Localising products and services from one market to another requires cultural sensitivity and knowledge. Our expertise in bridging across cultures means that we can indicate where opportunities exist that are otherwise hidden by cultural differences.
